Six apartments are wheel chair accessible.  Each apartment includes refrigerator and stove, electric fireplace as well as storage facilities.  Rental price includes heat and hydro. Security entrance adds peace of mind. Laundry facilities and parking are available on site. A common area is provided for residents to share activities. Prices range from $800 to $1000. Furnished bachelor apartment is available for $ 800. No long term lease but first and last month rent required. Small dog or indoor cat is allowed.
